Logan Castleton
At 21 years old, Logan has had 17 surgeries/procedures (three open heart), a stroke, and a mini stroke (TIE) currently a pacemaker, and is currently being treated at Stanford Hospital periodically to stabilize his congenital heart disease.
Logan has performed piano and publicly spoken about his heart condition in over 30 venues (totaling up to more than 20,000 people) as a volunteer ambassador for the American Heart Association, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Serious Fun Children’s Network, including Lincoln Center in New York City (3 times), Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, and the Roundhouse in London, England. He has performed on stage with Tom Hanks, Meryl Streep, George Clooney, Danny Devito, Aloe Blacc, Reese Witherspoon, Angelica Houston, Sarah Bareillis, and others.
Logan served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for two years (Jul 2023 – Jun 2025), where he moved through three different mission areas (Illinois, Chicago Mission; Utah Ogden Mission; and California San Francisco/Oakland Mission), and where he served in two types of missionary roles (both proselyting and service). He learned Spanish and became the “Rapping Missionary”, creating songs and content on social media and streaming platforms, where over 15 million people watched his videos. He performed his music and shared his story with a faith lens in over 30 different areas, including California, Illinois, Utah, Alabama, the Philippines, Slovenia, and more.
